Description
7/8/22 - This is an excellent example of an AC 41 Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1941. This is a first-variation example, characterized by an "ac" on the trigger guard. Only about 24,800 made. It is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 359" military acceptance proofs throughout, even on the small parts. This particular gun has retained roughly 55% of its original high polish finish. There are areas of spotty finish loss and splotchy discoloration throughout, most noticeable on both sides of the slide, on the front grip strap, and along the barrel. Comes with an excellent set of waffen-proofed but un-numbered Walther grips and a later un-numbered magazine with only one "Eagle 359" proof. The bore has good rifling with minor pin-pricking throughout. De-cocker is functional.Specifications
