SOLD - K Date Mauser Luger (1741 - 21080)

Description

7/26/22 - This is an excellent example of a K Date Mauser Luger issued to the Nazi military in 1934. The gun is all matching and has the proper K Date military acceptance proofs. The entire gun has been professionally restored and refinished, so the bluing is really nice. There are areas of minor wear on the side plate, side rails, and around the muzzle. A small area of minor spotty discoloration on the left side of the slide. Excellent fire-bluing and straw-coloring on the small parts. It comes with a matching magazine - we believe this is a period-correct magazine, but we believe the numbering was reapplied to force-match. There is what appears to be a unit marking on the spine - not sure of the meaning. Comes with minty matching-numbered wood grips. The bore has good rifling, but there is pin-pricking throughout. The magazine tends to stick and is a little hard to get in and out.
