8/25/22 - This is a very nice example of a Walther PPK sold in the commercial market in 1939. The gun is all matching and has the proper "Crown N" proofs. It comes as a rig with one period-correct Walther banner-only magazine and a fairly worn period-correct generic holster. The gun itself has retained about 94% of its original high polish finish. There is wear around the muzzle, but the most noticeable sign of finish loss is spotty wear and a couple of small spots of oxidation along the right side of the slide. Comes with a period-correct brown Walther grip - a few hairline cracks on the right side. The bore is near-mint. The hold-open does not work properly unless applying pressure to the magazine bottom.
