Description

9/7/22 - This is an excellent example of a rare Mauser Luger issued to the Nazi police force in 1939. The gun is all matching, has the Mauser banner logo on the toggle, has an added police sear safety, and a proper police "Eagle C" marking on the right side of the slide. Only about 2,850 of this variation were ever produced. This gun is even rarer because it comes with two original matching-numbered magazines! It also comes with an un-marked Luger tool and a 1939-dated police holster. There is an "Eagle 6" Simson proof on the barrel, which we've seen before with this variation. The gun itself has retained about 95% of its original finish. Very minor wear on the side plate, side rails, and around the muzzle. Most of the wear comes in the form of very minor thinning on both grip straps, where there are also tiny dots of oxidation. Comes with minty matching-numbered wood grips. The bore is near-mint.
