Description

9/14/22 - This is a very nice example of a Mauser Luger issued to the Nazi military in 1938. It is all matching except for the barrel, which has been replaced - it is un-numbered and has a "Made in Germany" export marking. The gun has the proper "Eagle 63" military acceptance proofs and has retained about 93% of its original finish. There is minor wear on the side plate and around the front edges of the slide and frame. Minor thinning along the barrel. Light scratchy wear and pin-pricking on both grips straps. A few very light scratches on the left side of the frame and around the muzzle. A few tiny dings around the high edges of the chamber. Comes with nice wood grips - no legible numbering. Small chip in the top corner of the left panel. Also comes with a period-correct but mismatched magazine. The bore is near-mint.
