Description

9/27/22 - This is an original and correct RZM marked Walther PPK from 1935. The RZM (Reichs Zeug Meisterei) was the equipment office of the NSDAP and was established to contract for equipment. These pistols were commonly thought to be issued to the German political leaders of the time. The bluing on this pistol rates at 90-92%. There is obvious spotty wear on both sides of the slide, mostly near the muzzle end. A few small areas of tiny pits on the front strap and right side of the frame. Comes with an excellent brown Walther grip (one tiny hairline crack on the right side) and a proper Walther banner-only finger extension magazine. The bore has great rifling with minor freckling throughout.
