Description

10/4/22 - This is very nice example of a BYF 44 Mauser P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1944. It is all matching and has the proper "Waffen 135" military proofs throughout. It has retained about 90% of its original finish. The majority of the finish loss is on the front strap, so the profile views are excellent. Very minor wear around the muzzle and front edges of the slide. Comes with nice plastic grips - some light scuffing on the left side and some light scratches on the right. Also comes with a period-correct "Eagle 135" marked magazine. The bore has strong rifling, but there is freckling throughout. De-cocker is functional.
