Description

10/10/22 - This is a very rare Walther PPK with DRP-marked frame. Made in late 1935, this were issued to the Deutsche Reichspost, which was for the German postal inspectors. one of only ~1,000 ever made. This is a 1st variation example with periods in the DRP marking. It is all matching and has retained about 95% of its original bluing. There is minor muzzle wear and light spotty wear along both sides of the slide, mostly on the round edges. One small spot of wear on the underside of the trigger guard and a few tiny dings and scratches on the front strap. Comes with a very nice brown Walther grip (a hairline crack on both sides) and a period-correct Walther banner-only magazine. Mint bore. De-cocker is not functional.
