Description
10/24/22 - This is an exceedingly rare Walther PP chambered in 6.35mm and sold in the commercial market in 1933. Only 50 guns of this variation were ever manufactured! They are even rarer than the .25 Caliber Walther PPK. This one is all matching, has the proper "Crown N" commercial proofs, and is marked "6.35mm" on the slide. The gun has retained roughly 85% of its original high polish finish. The most obvious sign of wear is an area of finish loss on the front half of the right side of the slide. There is minor wear around the high edges of the slide and around the muzzle. Minor thinning and brown patina on both grip straps. Comes with nice period-correct black grips - on the left panel, there is cracking along the edges and repaired chip on the right edge. Also comes with a period-correct magazine - these were originally 7.65mm magazine tubes that have a 6.35mm Walther Model 8 magazine inserted inside. This one is correct. Near-mint bore.Specifications
