Description

11/7/22 - This is an excellent example of an AC 43 Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1943. This one is a scarce "small date" variant in the proper "L" serial block. In this block, they used a different die for the "43" in the slide legend, and it is slightly smaller than the standard variant. It is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 359" Nazi military acceptance proofs throughout. The gun is in excellent condition and has retained most of its finish except for an obvious spot of wear at the front left of the slide. Comes with excellent black bakelite grips and a period-correct "Eagle 359" marked Walther magazine. Excellent bore with strong rifling. De-cocker is functional.
