Description

11/8/22 - This is a very nice example of a French Unique Model 17 issued to the Nazi military during WW2. It is all matching and has the proper "Waffen 251" military acceptance proof on the right side of the tang. It has retained about 90% of its original bluing. There is minor wear around the high edges in general, but most of the finish loss comes in the form of spotty discoloration along the left side and back of the slide. A couple of small spots of wear and a light scratch on the front strap. Very minor freckling on both straps. Comes with excellent period-correct black bakelite grips and one proper magazine. Excellent bore with strong rifling.
