Description

12/13/22 - This is a very nice example of a "42 Code" Mauser Luger issued to the Nazi military in 1940. It is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 655" Nazi military acceptance proofs. It has retained about 94% of its original bluing. Most of the finish loss is on the grip straps, where there is some minor thinning. Minor spotty oxidation on the back strap. There is also very minor wear around the muzzle, on the side plate, and on the side rails. A few tiny scratches here and there. Fitted with minty matching-numbered wood grips. Comes with a period-correct but mismatched magazine. Minty bore.
