SOLD - 1941 Walther P.38 Rig - AC 41

Description

11/30/22 - This is a very nice example of an AC 41 Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1941. It is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 359" military acceptance proofs throughout. It comes as a rig with a 1941-dated hard shell holster, one "Eagle 359" marked Walther magazine, and one jvd magazine. The holster shows signs of wear on the front, and one of the belt loops is missing its stitching at the bottom. The gun itself has been completely professionally restored and has retained about 97% of its new bluing. There is very minor wear on the very front edges of the slide and a hint of thinning and brown patina on the front strap. There is minor pin-pricking on the left side of the slide and minor pitting on the right side. Comes with nice brownish bakelite Walther grips - not proofed. The bore has good rifling with very minor pin-pricking throughout. De-cocker is functional.
