1/17/23 - This is an excellent Johnson M1941 Rifle from World War II! One of only 20,000 produced! The gun is in excellent condition and has retained about 97% of its original finish. Generally, there are just hints of wear on some of the high edges and one small spot of finish loss on the left side of the barrel that is lightly inscribed "Property Republic Aircraft Products". We tried researching this but couldn't find much information. Our best guess is that this gun was issued to some sort of security force. The wood is excellent with relatively few minor dings and bruises here and there. The bore is factory-new.
