Description

8/30/23 - This is an Argentine-contract Mauser Model 1909 Calvary Carbine, manufactured by DWM. It is all matching and has no import marks. "7.65mm" marking on the barrel. The metal parts have retained about 93% of their finish with areas of light scratchy wear here and there. Spotty oxidation on the receiver and butt plate. Some minor pitting on the bolt release. Very nice wood stock with only minor scratches and bruises. There is what looks to be a wood repair at the bottom of the butt stock. The bore has good rifling, but there is pin-pricking in the grooves.
