Description

1/13/23 - This is an excellent example of a BYF 41 "Black Widow" Mauser Luger issued to the Nazi military in 1941. It is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 655" military acceptance proofs. It is fitted with a set of period-correct black bakelite "Black Widow" grips - excellent condition no cracks or chips. It comes as a rig with an excellent 1941 dated holster, an "Eagle 655" Luger tool, and two original Black Widow magazines - a few tiny chips in the magazine bottoms. The gun itself has retained about 98% of its original bluing. Very minor wear around the muzzle, on the side plate, and on the side rails. While there isn't much bluing loss, there is a set of deep and noticeable dings on the front of the trigger guard. There is very minor freckling on the back strap. The bore is shiny and has strong rifling with very minor freckling in the grooves.
