3/6/23 - This is an excellent example of a US Military issued Remington Model 11 riot shotgun. The military finish rates at about 96%. There isn't much actual finish loss, just some areas of minor discoloration and light scratching on the receiver. Some light streaks of wear along the barrel. This example has a crisp markings, with 'U.S.' and flaming bomb proofs present on receiver and barrel. The stock is marked with crossed cannons cartouche and FJA inspectors mark. Barrel is marked 'imp cyl', which would indicate this was a converted trainer. Stock is in excellent shape, just a few minor dings here and there and a tiny chip around the wrist. Excellent, shiny bore.
