Description

5/25/23 - This is a nice example of a DWM Artillery Luger. The upper and lower are mismatched to each other. The upper has an Artillery Luger configuration and dated 1917. It is fitted to an early DWM frame with early features, such as no stock lug and no hold open. It is also unit marked "B. 1. R. C. 1. 5." on the front strap. We believe that the finish on at least some of the parts has been touched up. There is very little actual bluing loss, but there is noticeable spotty oxidation throughout, especially on the grip straps. Some minor pitting along the barrel. Fitted with nice un-numbered wood grips and comes with a mismatched magazine. Very nice bore with great rifling.
