Description
3/7/23 - This is an excellent example of a Colt Government Model. According to the included Colt Factory Letter, it was delivered to the South Korean Government Safety Bureau Chief on January 10, 1950, along with 200 others. The letter also states that the original finish was blue, so this gun was obviously nickel-plated later. It comes with a spare set of Colt wood grips, spare small parts, spare recoil spring, and a spare barrel. The gun itself has retained virtually all of its nickel-plating, but does have micro-scratching in the finish throughout (typical). It comes fitted with an excellent set of aftermarket wood grips and comes with one magazine. The bore is like-new.Specifications
