Description

4/21/23 - This is an excellent example of a BYF 44 Mauser P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1944. It is all matching and has the proper "Waffen 135" military acceptance proofs throughout. We believe this one has been professionally restored, and the work is very good. There is almost no actual finish loss, but there are some tiny dots of discoloration along the right side of the slide. Fitted with period-correct black plastic grips - some light scratches and scuffs here and there. Comes with a period-correct jvd magazine. Excellent bore with strong rifling, but there is some very light pin-pricking here and there. De-cocker is functional.
