2/27/23 - This is an all matching and original Black Widow Mauser Luger from 1941. But more importantly, it's a very rare sub-variation, one we haven't encountered in a couple of years now. This pistol was made in 1941 but has E/135 acceptance proofs, one of only 4,000 produced. Compare that to an estimated production total of 122,000 with the standard E/655 proofs that year. The pistol has roughly 85-90% of the original blue remaining, with most of the wear on the sideplate and left side of the barrel. Correct and original Black Widow grips and magazine. The grips are in terrific condition with sharp checkering and little handling wear. Magazine base has no cracks or chips. Minty bore.
