Description
3/3/23 - This is an excellent example of a Walther Model 4 manufactured in the late 1920's. This particular gun is of the 6th variation, characterized by the "Waffenfabrik Walther Zella-Mehlis (Thur)" legend on the right side of the slide and the rectangular ejection port. There is a small "Made in Germany" export mark on the left side of the frame. The frame, slide, and ejection port are "Crown N" proofed. It comes as a rig with a period-correct magazine and a "Hsattel Muenchen" marked holster. The gun itself has retained about 97% of its original finish. There is very minor wear on some of the high edges, some very minor freckling on the grip straps, and a few tiny dings here and there. Fitted with very nice black bakelite grips. The bore has good rifling, but there is minor pin-pricking throughout.Specifications
