Description

4/3/23 - This is a scarce, second variation Remington Rand 1911A1 from 1943. It has the proper 2nd variation slide with larger legend, and is in the correct serial range. Correct HS barrel that has been parkerized. Comes as a rig with one magazine and a nice 1943-dated Graton & Knight holster. The gun itself has retained roughly 80% of its finish with noticeable splotchy discoloration throughout and some thinning on the front strap. Fitted with excellent period-correct reddish plastic grips. Minty bore.
