3/31/23 - This is a nice example of an FN Browning High Power issued to the Nazi military during WW2. It is all matching, has the proper "Waffen 140" military acceptance proofs, and has an earlier tangent-style rear sight. It has retained roughly 90% of its earlier high polish finish. There isn't much actual finish loss, but there are areas of noticeable splotchy discoloration and textured wear in the metal on the slide. It's most noticeable on the top and right sides. A small area of pitting near the ejection port. Very light wear on both grip straps. Excellent period-correct wood grips. Comes with one proper magazine - very faintly "Waffen 140" proofed. Minty bore.
