Description

6/19/23 - This is a nice example of a Sauer 38h sold in the commercial market during WW2. It is all matching, has the proper "Eagle N" proofs, and lacks any military proofs. It has retained roughly 60% of its original finish with the majority of the wear on the grip straps. There is also minor high edge wear in general and hints of thinning along both sides of the slide. Some light spotty oxidation on the left side of the slide. Fitted with excellent period-correct black bakelite grips and comes with one proper magazine. Minty bore.
