Description

5/5/23 - This is a rare commercial Walther PPK from 1938 with million series serial number. In 1939, serial numbers began rolling over into seven digits until the Germans changed their mind and went back to six digits with a K-suffix. There were only about 7,000 such serials used, and about 1,000 of them were Police marked. This is one of the 6,000 commercial examples. It has retained about 93-94% of its original high polish finish. Minor spotty wear around the muzzle and near the ejection port. A light streak of wear on the front strap. Excellent brown grip - no cracks or chips. Comes with a period-correct brown finger extension magazine. The bore is near-mint.
