5/5/23 - This is an excellent example of a rare Walther Mod P.38 sold in the commercial market during WW2. This one is all matching and has the proper "Eagle N" proofs. This gun is rare as only 1,800 were produced. It has retained about 94-95% of its original finish. Very minor wear around the muzzle and on the high edges. Very minor wear on the front strap and on both sides of the slide. A few tiny scratches here and there. Fitted with excellent reddish particle grips. Comes with an un-marked magazine. The bore has strong rifling, but there is light freckling in the grooves. De-cocker is functional.
