SOLD - CZ-36 Rig - Last Year of Production

1/27/23 - This is an original CZ model 36 rig, complete with an original holster and spare magazine. The CZ-36 is a small pocket pistol manufactured between 1936 and 1942. Production of the CZ-36 was mostly stopped during 1940 as production of the CZ-27 was ramped up for the war effort in Germany. This example is 1942 dated, making it fairly scarce and a final production year example. The condition is excellent, with almost all of the blued finish still intact. There's some surface wear on the small straw-colored parts like the trigger, hammer, and sear bar / extractor. The bore has strong rifling and some mild patina in the grooves, but is still 9/10 overall. Comes with a CZ style leather holster and spare magazine, as shown. These small pocket pistols are believed to be commercial purchases by Officers and party officials who could afford their own handgun.
