Description
6/14/23 - This is an excellent example of a DWM Luger issued to the Imperial German military in 1913. It is all matching with proper Imperial military acceptance proofs. There are British proofs on the left side of the gun and on the underside of the barrel, indicating this gun was likely captured and exported by the British. It has retained about 97% of its original finish with very minor wear around the muzzle, on the side plate, and on the front edges of the side rails. Spotty freckling on the grip straps. A tiny ding in the metal on the side plate. Fitted with matching-numbered wood grips - tiny repaired chip in the upper corner of the left panel. Comes with a mismatched magazine. The rifling in the bore is a bit worn with pin-pricking throughout.Specifications
