Description

6/26/23 - This is a nice example of a Sauer 38h issued to the Nazi police force during WW2. This one is all matching and has a police "Eagle C" marking on the left side of the trigger guard. It has early features, such as a nice high polish finish and a checkered mag release button. It has retained roughly 85% of its original bluing. There is thinning on the grip straps and some light wear along the right side of the slide. But the most obvious sign of wear is the spotty discoloration along the left side of the slide. Fitted with period-correct black bakelite grips - noticeable cracks on the right side (repaired). Comes with one period-correct magazine. Mint bore.
