Description
8/9/23 - This is a scarce revolver that was manufactured by Albion Motors in Scotland in 1942, and has the five inch barrel. It is a No 2 Mk 1**, and one of the much less common makers as compared to Enfield. This one is all matching and has the proper British military proofs throughout. "FTR 52" marking on the right side of the frame, indicating it was Factory Thorough Reconditioned or Repaired in 1952. It comes as a rig with a mint 1944-dated canvas holster. The gun itself has retained roughly 85% of its black enamel finish with light scratches and chipping in the finish throughout. Fitted with period-correct black bakelite grips - some small dings on both sides. Near-mint bore.Specifications
