Description

7/21/23 - This is a mint example of a BYF 44 Mauser P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1944. It is all matching and has the proper "Waffen 135" military acceptance proofs throughout. Comes with a period correct eagle/135 proofed magazine, and late war style lightweight plastic Mauser factory grips. The left panel has been lightly shaved down for better clearance of the safety lever. The gun has retained virtually all of its bluing with just a few tiny handling marks here and there. The bore is stone-mint. De-cocker is functional. An excellent late war example.
