Description
9/12/23 - This is a very nice example of an Enfield No 4 Mk 1 rifle issued to the British military during WW2. The bolt is matching to the receiver, but the magazine is mismatched. We can't make out the last number of the date on the receiver, but it looks like the top of a "2". The metal parts have retained about 90% of their finish. The majority of the wear is around the muzzle and on the front barrel band. The wood furniture shows minor dings throughout and a small chip at the top of the butt stock, against the butt plate.
