Description

8/7/23 - This is a nice example of a BYF 42 "Black Widow" Mauser Luger issued to the Nazi military in 1942. It is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 135" military acceptance proofs. It comes with a set of original black bakelite "Black Widow" grips and an original "Black Widow" magazine. The right grip panel fits just a tad loose. The gun itself has retained roughly 80% of its original finish. There are areas of wear around the muzzle, on the side plate, and on the high edges in general. Areas of thinning on both grip straps and along the right side of the barrel. The bore has good rifling, but there is minor pin-pricking throughout.
