Description

9/12/23 - This is a nice example of a scarce Erfurt Kar 98 issued to the Imperial German military in 1917. It is entirely matching with the proper Imperial proofs throughout. No import marks. The metal parts have lost virtually all of their finish with light spotty oxidation throughout. NIce wood furniture with the typical signs of wear and use. One tiny wood repair at the front right of the stock. The stock is duffle cut under the barrel band. Excellent, shiny bore with strong rifling.
