Description

9/25/23 - This is a very nice example of a Sauer 38h issued to the Nazi police force during WW2. It is all matching and has the proper "Eagle C" police proof on the left side of the trigger guard. It comes as a rig with a 1942-dated police holster and one proper magazine. The holster is numbered but not matching to the gun. The closure strap has torn off but is included. There is a message handwritten on the inside of the top flap - some of the words are obscured, so we can't get the full message. The gun itself has retained roughly 85% of its original finish. Nearly all of the finish loss is on the grip straps, so the profile views are minty. Fitted with excellent black bakelite grips. Mint bore.
