10/10/23 - This is a nice example of a Mauser Model 1914 issued to the Imperial military during WWI. It is all matching with an Imperial military proof on the top of the slide. It later ended up with Norwegian police, as evidenced by the milled slide with a "Politi Nr 4108" marking. The bluing rates about 92% with most of the wear around the muzzle. While there isn't much actual finish loss, there is light spotty oxidation throughout. Fitted with a fairly worn wood grip and comes with one magazine. The bore has decent rifling, but there is minor pitting throughout.
