Description

1/24/24 - This is a very nice example of a Mauser HSC issued to the Kriegsmarine in 1942. It is all matching and is considered a 4th variation example, characterized by having only the "Eagle M 111/8" on the left side of the trigger guard - no "Eagle M" on the front strap. This one has retained about 93% of its original finish. Most of the finish loss is on the grip straps, where there is also some spotty brown patina. A light scratch on the front strap as well. Fitted with nice period-correct wood grips and comes with a post-war magazine. Mint bore.
