Description

3/11/24 - This is a rare Inland Paratrooper M1A1 carbine in all original condition. It's an early Type 1 example with flip sight, six digit serial and no bayonet lug. Barrel dated to February of 1943, and Inland parts throughout. Original cheekpad with correct brass rivets. Crossed cannons cartouche on bottom of the grip. IO marked as well on inside of handguard. Circle P on the back of the stock. No signs of a bayo lug ever added or removed. No stake marks on the original rear site. Excellent, original finish that rates about 97%. Mint bore. Comes with a canvas sling and one magazine. A couple of bruises on the left side of the stock. The upper handguard is a little loose.
