Description
3/13/24 - This is a very interesting DWM Luger rig. It started its life as an early DWM commercial Luger, chambered in 9mm. It has early features, such as no stock lug and originally no hold open (one has since been added). It also has a 1920 date on the chamber. There is an added police sear safety and a unit marking on the front strap. There are Weimar-era Eagle proofs on the right side of the slide and an Austrian Eagle marking on the front edge of the trigger guard. It comes as a rig with two matching-numbered police-style magazines, an Imperial tool, and a holster that is 1918 dated with a "Crown I" marking. Fitted with un-numbered wood grips. The finish rates about 93% with general high edge wear, thinning on the front strap, and some minor pin-pricking on the side plate. The bore has good rifling, but there is light pin-pricking throughout.Specifications
