Description

6/6/24 - This is an exceptional example of a Colt Model 1917 revolver issued to the US military during WW1. It is all matching, has the proper military acceptance proof on the left side of the frame, and is "United States Property" marking on the underside of the barrel. The bluing on this gun is exceptional. While there is next-to-no actual finish loss, there are some areas of very light freckling here and there. The grips are hand-numbered on the inside and matching. The bore is stone-mint.
