05/06/2024 - For sale is a Winchester Model 1917 rifle chambered in .30-06. This rifle is in great condition with the metal on the rifle retaining a lot of its original bluing. The stock is clean and is free of any breaks or cracks. The left side of the stock is stamped "3GM-K" and a P stamp on the wrist. The bore is excellent and bright but there is some debris that can be cleaned up. The rifle has been reworked for WW2 as the barrel has been replaced by a High Standard manufactured barrel. The rifle comes with a Model 1917 bayonet stamped with the flaming bomb and a W for Winchester. The scabbard looks to have been refinished.
