8/27/24 - This is a nice example of a Colt Army Special Revolver, manufactured in 1924 and chambered in .38. It is all matching and has retained roughly 75-80% of its bluing. There is general thinning along the barrel and areas of splotchy discoloration on both sides of the frame. We believe there are spots of cold blue touch-up here and there. Fitted with hard rubber grips. The bore has good rifling, but there is very minor frosting in the grooves.
