8/27/24 - This is a very nice example of a Mauser P.38 put together by the French using leftover Nazi parts after WW2, in 1946. This one was imported by Interarms. It comes with its original matching Interarms box, owners manual, and WW2-era Waffen-proofed magazine. The gun is all matching and has French proofs throughout. No Waffen proofs. Import mark on the underside of the slide. The gun has retained somewhere between 85-90% of its bluing. There is general high edge wear and areas of thinning on the barrel, on the front strap, and on the top strap. Comes with desirable French "Gray Ghost" grips. Minty bore. De-cocker is functional.
