Description

6/12/24 - This is a very nice example of a Walther PPK manufactured in 1942. It it is in the correct serial range for a gun delivered to the SS. It also comes with a near-matching bottom-numbered magazine. So it is very possible this gun was issued to the SS. It is all matching and has the proper "Eagle N" proofs. It has retained about 90% of its military finish. The bluing has a slight plumb color to it. Most of the wear is on the right side of the slide, near the muzzle. There is also minor wear along all of the high edges and some scratchy wear on the round edges of the slide. There is minor pitting on the front strap and an area of minor pin-pricking on the left side of the slide. Comes with an excellent chocolate-colored grip - just a hairline crack in the spine. The bore is shiny with strong rifling and some minor frosting in the grooves.
