Description

7/18/24 - This is an excellent example of a Winchester M1 Carbine issued to the US military in 1944. The stock is marked "OG", indicating it was reworked at the Ogden Arsenal. The stock is also marked "RSG" in the sling well, has an "RIA" cartouche on the left side, and has an "SG" cartouche on the right side. Winchester barrel. Adjustable rear sight and bayonet lug. Comes with a canvas sling, oiler, and one magazine. The metal is refinished and shows essentially no signs of wear. Excellent wood furniture. Mint bore.
