Description
7/8/24 - This is a very nice example of a very rare "Zero Series" Walther P.38, manufactured in 1945. They are called a zero series because the serial numbers start with a zero. Only 1,750 of these were produced according to Whittington's book. This one is all matching and has "Eagle 359" military acceptance proofs. Late-war cog-style hammer. It has retained about 93% of its original finish. Almost all of the wear is on the front strap. Fitted with reddish bakelite grips and comes with a scarce "ac" marked Walther magazine. Nice bore with good rifling. De-cocker is functional.Specifications
