Description

8/6/24 - This is an excellent example of an AC 44 Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1944. All matching with "Eagle 359" military acceptance proofs. It has retained about 95-96% of its original finish with just a hint of thinning on the front strap and very minor wear around the muzzle and on the front edges of the slide. Fitted with period-correct blackish-brown bakelite Walther grips. Comes with a scarce "U" marked "Waffen 706" proofed magazine. The hold open works but does not work properly with this magazine. Very nice bore with good rifling. De-cocker is functional.
