Description
8/13/24 - This is an original Frommer Stop from 1917 that was issued to the Hungarian Army during World War I. The Frommer Stop was the official sidearm of the Hungarian branch of the Austro-Hungarian Army from 1912 until 1929. This one has a military acceptance proof and '17 date on the left side of the trigger guard. It has retained about 92% of its finish with some small spots of wear and light oxidation on the slide. There are also some small spots of minor pitting on the right side of the slide. Fitted with period-correct wood grips and comes with two magazines. The bore has good rifling, but there is light pin-pricking throughout.Specifications
