Description

9/23/24 - The Plus Ultra pistol was produced in Spain during the late 1920’s and early 1930’s. It was manufactured by the gun making company “Gabilondo Y Cia” – better known by its trademark “Llama”. The Plus Ultra pistol was based on the WW1-era “Ruby” pocket pistol from the same manufacturer, only made much larger and with greatly increased magazine capacity. This one is matching and has retained about 93% of its bluing. There is general high edge wear and very light freckling along the slide. Minor thinning and light brown patina on the grip straps. Fitted with correct black plastic grips and comes with one proper magazine. The bore has good rifling, but there is some very light pin-pricking in the grooves.
